Don’t Overstuff the Refrigerator

In order to maximize efficiency – and keep your refrigerator running longer – try not to overstuff it with food. This can be hard during the holidays, but immediately throw out anything that won’t be eaten and freeze anything that you don’t plan to eat again for awhile. Washing Machine Tips: How to Clean Sport Uniforms

Fall is in full swing, which means your laundry room is likely bustling with laundry. And if you have anyone in your family who plays sports – football, baseball, soccer, etc. – it’s likely you’ve seen a stinky uniform or two come through your washing machine and dryer.

1.  Wash it as Soon as Possible

This isn’t always possible, but the sooner you wash the uniform, the easier it is to get dirt, stains, and unpleasant odors out of the uniform. If you can’t wash it right away, at least pre-treat the stains with a stain remover to prevent them from setting in.

2.  Pre-Rinse Dirt
